Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2022 BridgeMill Swim Team! Lydia and I welcome returning and new families and will serve as the Volunteer Coordinators for this season. We are thrilled with the new SwimTopia website and mobile app that make it super easy for families to sign up to volunteer and help us monitor compliance to ensure each meet has the necessary volunteers to operate. As a reminder, each family is required to volunteer for 4 shifts over the course of the season for your swimmer to be eligible to swim. These events depend on our volunteers!

For those that have already signed up for the minimum number of shifts (or more) THANK YOU! For those that have not, please take a moment to sign up for open positions. If you have any questions at all about what the positions entail, please reach out. It’s all super easy and there will be someone there to show you exactly what to do!

Our most immediate need is for this Monday’s mock meet.  The following positions are needed:

50/50 Raffle – 1

Computer Clerk 1^st Shift - 2

Computer Clerk 2^nd Shift – 2

Concessions 1^st Half – 1

Concessions 2^nd half – 2

You can respond to this email and we are happy to sign you up or you can sign-up via the mobile app or website. We will be following up in the next few days individually for those that have not met the minimum requirements.
