Thank you ALL for attending the Mock Meet last night!

We are in the process of getting our ducks in a row.

Here is what we learned…

• We NEED to utilize the ‘contained’ area under the slide for our kiddos. (We were thrown off a little by having to spread out all around the pool.)
• Parents MUST declare their swimmers so coaches can accurately set-up relays.

What are we going to do…

• We are making age group signs to tape to the fence area under the slide and encourage the kiddos to stay close by.
• We are making numbered lane signs to tape to the backs of the chairs behind the diving blocks to make it easier for kids to line up for their event/heat.
• We are going to ask that last names are written on the arms or back of each kiddo so that the timers will know that they have the correct swimmer.
• We are going to offer training for all positions.

Now, what do you guys think? We are all in this together.
