Dear Bluefins Families,

I hope you’re all enjoying the summer swim season! As we dive into our meets, I wanted to share transparency and visibility to our volunteer needs. This year, we have 10 to 15 fewer swimmers than last year, which means we’re short about 40-60 volunteer spots. These roles are critical to keeping our meets running smoothly!

Last year, we estimated about 4 volunteer shifts per family, but it looks like 5 shifts might be closer to what we need to cover everything. If you’re able to pitch in, we’d be so grateful for your support. Every spot filled makes a huge difference, and we simply can’t run the team without everyone’s participation.

A big shoutout to the families who have already met or exceeded their volunteering goals – you're amazing!
